Cozy and welcoming stay!

We had a lovely time! The host was super friendly and sorted out our room mix-up pronto. Breakfast was tasty and it was nice to see there's loads of parking, which is a bonus. Just a couple of minutes from the town center. The only bummer was some minor noise from the street at night.

The loud toilet flush disrupted our sleep!!! Room sizes were disappointingly small, and the honesty bar management was confusing at best. A vent fan is needed in the bathroom for humidity control!!!

The family room had a lovely view, but the shower needed repairs.

The small twin room was cozy and surprisingly spacious. Everything was clean and well-kept, which made for a comfortable stay. I loved the vintage charm of the decor, it really gave the place character. the shower pressure could have been better. The lighting was a bit dim in certain spots, but that didn't take away from how relaxing the room felt overall.

I had an amazing stay where the host was so friendly and attentive, and it was just a few steps away from delightful cafes and the stunning Llangollen Bridge, making my city strolls incredibly enjoyable.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited Chester Zoo and enjoyed exploring the local attractions. The breakfast was a real highlight with plenty of options, and the living room was cozy for evening chats. Plus, the parking was convenient for our trips.

Had an awkward moment upon arrival when greeted by a quirky staff member who seemed a bit off-putting. It set a strange tone.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cozy lounge area. The owners were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, even giving us great directions to the nearby Chester Zoo, which was just a short drive away. The breakfast options were fantastic and filled everyone up for the day.

In my wife’s opinion, a small play area for kids would be great.

i had a lovely stay at hillcrest. it's in an excellent location, just a short walk from the town centre. the breakfast was cooked to order and the variety was fantastic! i especially loved the fresh fruit and pastries. the hosts were very friendly and made me feel at home, which was a nice touch.

i had a wonderful experience at hillcrest. my previous stay in llangollen was good, but this time the welcoming atmosphere and delicious breakfast really stood out. the newly decorated room and spacious lounge made us feel right at home.

i had a really great stay at hillcrest guest house. the room was super comfy and clean, felt like a cozy nest. the owners were really warm and made me feel at home. breakfast was amazin, just what i needed to start my day. overall, i was satisfied with everything until it was time to leave.

the only downside was i had a bit of trouble with the hot water in the morning. also, the location is kinda up a hill which might be a hassle for some.
